Michael is a faith & social impact driven entrepreneur, husband to Sarah, father to 4 amazing boys, native to Washington DC and now Raleigh/Durham. Michael is a recruiting professional with over 20 years experience in all facets of the recruiting business including: business/operations, corporate, contract, human capital consulting and permanent/contingent. He is passionate about ethical recruiting, migrant workers, start-ups, building, strategy, vision, ideas, refugees, widows, travel and God.

Jordan Belt

Jordan is an Oklahoma native with seven successful years in recruiting and sales, which has included becoming a top recruiter at a prestigious American recruiting firm. He has worked, studied and visited over 30 countries which reinforced his commitment to my global clients in their search for humble, high-caliber talent. He has  a beautiful and talented wife and three energetic children. His family is passionate about hospitality and helping people.

Diana Labriola

Director of Recruiting, Americas

Diana, or Dee, is a Chinese-Canadian-American. She has a Bachelor of Business Admin from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and an MBA from NYU Stern. She has worked in HR and Recruiting for 9 years. Most recently, she was a Talent Acquisition Manager in a Fortune 15 company. She loves her husband, Matt, and their puppy, Mochi. She’s a committed member to the Summit Church. She is passionate about Disney, Harry Potter, spicy food, and discipleship and leadership.

Ronald Sinaga

Managing Director, APAC

Ronald was born in Jakarta and completed his MBA (concentration on strategy) at Duke University in 2018.. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Ronald has a passion for his people and spent 7 years in Operations and Leadership roles with energy and private equity companies in Indonesia seeking to provide affordable energy to the Indonesian people. He joined Turas with the same heart, to use the recruiting industry to provide jobs with dignity, respect and liveable wages for his people. He loves his wife, Smita, and their 2 boys. He is passionate about food, travel, others, discipleship and leadership.
